Uniform Order

Each team is responsible for their own team uniform order.

Players included within the uniform order MUST have completed WYSC’s travel player on line registration, and WYSC’s registrar must have received the player registration form and fees.  

Each team manager needs to download a gender appropriate uniform form. WYSC’s registration fees will cover the cost of 2 full uniforms, one maroon and one green. Each color uniform will include 1 each, jersey, shorts and socks.

Once completed form must be email to club administrator at director@wysc.org.

Uniform orders may take 4 weeks for delivery. Any equipment not covered by WYSC’s registration fees MUST be paid, by the team, at time the order is sent to WYSC.  

Fall Uniform orders:

Completed form MUST be received by the club administrator by June 30th. If additional uniforms are needed after the June 30th order, a second uniform order must be completed and emailed to club administrator, at director@wysc.org , by July 14th.

Spring Uniform orders:

Completed form MUST be received by the club administrator by March 1st. If additional uniforms are needed after the March 1st order, a second uniform order must be completed and emailed to club administrator, at director@wysc.org , by March 14th.
